Finding a room
What types of rooms do you have?
We have 5 room types: Master Room (own bathroom, S$1,890 – S$2,490); Common Room (shared bathroom, S$1,180 – S$1,950); Private Room (shared bathroom, S$800 – S$1,690); Standard Room (shared bathroom, S$1,150); Economy Room (shared bathroom, S$650 – S$1,550). Master rooms are the only rooms with their own bathroom.
What do room codes like CR2 or MBR5 mean?
The letters are the room type and the number is the room in that home: MBR is a master room, CR a common room, PR a private room, STND a standard room and ECON an economy room. Quote the code when you message us so we know exactly which room you mean.
Can two people share a room?
Yes, in rooms that list a price for 2 people. 14 of our 71 rooms do. Use the “Suits 2 people” filter on the Find Your Home page to see them.
Do you have ladies-only homes?
Yes: Heritage View. Use the “Ladies-only home” filter on the Find Your Home page.
What does “Available from” mean?
It is the date the room is expected to be free, based on the current tenancy. “Available now” rooms can be taken straight away. A date can move if a resident extends, so please confirm with us before you plan your move.
Prices and fees
How much are the rooms?
Monthly rent ranges from S$650 to S$2,650, depending on the room and the home. Every room page shows its current rent.
What is the maintenance fee?
A fixed monthly fee of S$55 to S$70, paid on top of rent. The exact amount is shown on each room page.
Is there a fee when I move out?
64 of our 71 rooms have an exit cleaning fee, charged when you move out. The amount is confirmed in your tenancy agreement.
How much is the deposit, and are utilities included?
The deposit and what your rent and maintenance fee cover, such as utilities, are set out in your tenancy agreement. Ask us for the full breakdown for the room you like before you commit.
Living in a home
How many people live in a home?
Each of our homes has 4 to 6 rooms. The number of rooms is shown on every room page.
Can I use the condo pool and gym?
Facilities follow each condo’s own rules. At Dover Parkview, residents need a tenancy of 6 months or longer to use them. Ask us about the condo you are interested in.
How do I get into the building?
It depends on the condo: access cards, face recognition or a condo app. We set this up with the condo management when you move in.
Are the rooms furnished?
Yes. Rooms typically come with a bed, study desk, chair and wardrobe. Check the photos on each room page for the exact setup.
Viewings and moving in
How do I book a viewing?
Tap Enquire on any room to open the contact form with that room filled in, choose “Book a viewing”, and tell us when you would like to come. You can also message us on WhatsApp.
Can I see a room before visiting?
Yes. Rooms with photos show the real room, 33 rooms have a video tour and 15 have a 360° view on their room page.
How long is the tenancy?
Tenancy length is agreed when you book and written into your tenancy agreement. Tell us how long you plan to stay when you enquire.
